Tehnometal started the production of small filling machines in 1989 and today the firm is working on a larger scale. This company has moved above the classical limit of machines and engineering. Using its holistic approach, it became one of the serious production companies, loyal to its clients when it comes to machines, design, lines, the engineering process and informational technology. Together with the cooperation of distinguished experts in our country we have developed the most optimal and most economical solutions for production and packing of above mentioned drinks so that our equipment and machines, which are made in Tehnometal, meet the strictest demands in the technical and technological view along with modern design.
The thing which leads us to the latest solutions in this area is the construction of machines in the most modern manner, using CAD-CAM programs such as Pro ENGINEER WILDFIRE, processing the positions and parts on CNC machines together with long term experience.
With proper training, handling our machines during an operation is quite simple, because the programs are a result of a long-lasting experience and constant development of automation which led to simplification of the very handling. With this goal we use TOUCH monitors which make it possible to use an option of subprograms for specific products which have been previously memorized.
On the TOUCH monitors there is a graphic animation which follows the current parameters of a working machine such as pressure, fluid level, current capacity etc.
Suitable preventive measures during an operation provides a long-term and reliable running of the machine with minimal costs, while replacement parts are permanently secured.
